We’re all about the meat and potatoes at Big Guy BBQ. This take on sweet potatoes is savory with just a hint of the sweet. Great as a side with chicken or beef!
All you’ll need is 2-3 large sweet potatoes diced into medium sized pieces, Big Guy BBQ Windy City Seasoned Salt, chili powder, and a little olive oil. Serves 3-4.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dice your potatoes (skins on) and place in bowl.
Drizzle the potatoes with a bit of olive oil to get them crispy.
Generously sprinkle some Big Guy Seasoned Salt over your potatoes.
Add a bit of chili powder depending on your taste ( I like to use Tastefully Simple’s Wahoo Chili powder) for that extra kick.
Mix well and spread out on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through until potatoes reach desired crispiness.
