Start with white button or baby bella mushrooms
- Clean mushrooms
- Remove stems and chop into small pieces
- Brown 1lb breakfast sausage (pork) adding mushroom stems, 1/2 cup chopped onion and SPG to taste.
- Cook until onion is soft and meat thoroughly cooked
- Remove from heat
- Mix in 8 oz. shredded mozzarella, stirring until melted
- Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and cook at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are soft
